About the Programme & Learning Agreement
Understand the system’s philosophy, structure, and expectations. Sign the learning agreement to establish a shared commitment to brave, respectful engagement.
Pre-Assessment
Establish where you start. The pre-assessment establishes a reflective baseline for your current understanding, attitudes, and confidence across PCREF domains — creating a personal baseline against which your growth will be measured.
Core Learning Programme
Eight carefully sequenced lessons that take you through the full arc of transformation — from awakening to liberation. Each lesson maps to a stage of the Phoenix Wheel of Competency™.
Post-Assessment
Revisit the same domains measured at baseline. The post-assessment reveals your growth, shifts in understanding, and areas for continued development — making transformation visible and evidence-based.
Graduation & Covenant
Celebrate your transformation journey. Sign the Liberators’ Covenant — a public commitment to sustained anti-racist leadership practice — and receive your certificate of completion.
Ongoing Practice & Evidence
The journey does not end at graduation. Continue building your evidence portfolio, reflect your development on the learner dashboard, and deepen your practice through the Phoenix Wheel spiral.
