But the most dangerous power is the kind that pretends it does not exist. It lives in who gets interrupted and who gets heard. In whose concerns are documented and whose are dismissed. In the silence that follows a racist incident, the silence that everyone agrees to keep.

Today, you will learn to map the invisible architecture of power in your workplace. Not the organisational chart. The real one. The one that determines who thrives and who merely survives.
